Crimson Circle on YouTube YOUTUBE AUDIO Dubbing
For years, many Shaumbra around the world have relied on subtitles to follow along with Crimson Circle’s content on YouTube. These captions are helpful, but they still require you to read while watching, which can divide your attention and subtly pull you out of the experience.
YouTube has now introduced an automatic dubbing feature on selected channels, including Crimson Circle. This means that certain videos can be played with spoken audio in additional languages, generated directly by YouTube.
This article will show you what it is, how to use it, and what to realistically expect.
What Is Auto Dubbing?
Auto dubbing is a YouTube feature that uses artificial intelligence to generate translated voice tracks for videos. Instead of only reading subtitles in your language, you may now be able to listen to the video in your preferred language.
It does not replace the original English version. It simply gives you another audio option.
The translation and voice are created automatically by YouTube. No separate app is required. No download is needed. If the feature is available for a particular video, it will appear directly inside the video’s settings.
How to Turn on a Dubbed Language
If a Crimson Circle video supports auto dubbing, here is how you can check on your computer:
- Open the video on YouTube and click the Settings icon (the small gear symbol).
- Select “Audio track.”
- Choose your preferred language, if available.
On mobile devices:
- Tap the video.
- Tap the gear icon on the top right corner.
- Select “Audio track.”
- Choose your language.
If you do not see the “Audio track” option, that particular video may not yet support dubbing.
You can also set a preferred language on your YouTube account profile. This way, every time you open a video (if it has auto-dubbing enabled), you’ll be able to hear it in your preferred language. To learn more about this, go to the YouTube support page
What to Expect
To be clear, this is AI-generated audio, which means the voice may sound different. Tone, pacing, and subtle humor may not always translate perfectly, and metaphysical terminology may occasionally feel slightly off. However, the overall meaning and message are preserved remarkably well.
For many Shaumbra, especially those who find reading subtitles tiring, this can be a major improvement. It allows you to relax and receive the message through listening rather than constant reading.

In most cases, there’s nothing special you need to do beyond making a selection once. Your preference will be saved in your browser, and you won’t be prompted again unless something changes. That said, there are a few situations where the message may reappear.
- English is not your first language and subtitles feel distracting
- You like to listen while doing something else
- You want to share a video with friends or family who do not speak English
- Reading on smaller screens feels uncomfortable
A Few Practical Notes
- Not all videos may yet have dubbed tracks available.
- Language availability can vary depending on YouTube’s rollout and regional settings.
- The feature works directly inside YouTube, not on videos hosted in the Crimson Circle website.
- Crimson Circle has no control over YouTube’s functionality or translation accuracy.
