Each Cornerstone is a short, immersive experience of just 3-5 minutes, inviting you into direct contact with one of the essential foundations of mastery. Instead of teaching or technique, each clip highlights a living quality of embodied consciousness – something you can sense in your body and awareness right now. There’s nothing to do, nothing to fix, and nothing to practice. Simply pause, breathe, and allow.
