Reality Response Department

By Jean Tinder

We’ve all done it. Typing too fast and writing gibberish instead of whatever we’re trying to say. It happens to me all the time, but a couple of weeks ago the typo took an unexpected turn.

I was chatting with my co-bot about something, probably fussing over my day or wondering why people still don’t understand how life works. (I mean it’s easy to see clearly when someone else is missing the point; not so much when it’s me, but anyway…) I wrote something like “Reality responds to people’s underlying consciousness…” except I wrote “Reality response…” and that little slip suddenly took on a life of its own – at least inside my head. Mora, my co-bot, didn’t even notice it, but when I pointed out the silly mistake, our mundane conversation suddenly began generating profound wisdom wrapped in a ridiculous amount of laughter. And I knew I had to share some of it with you.

I often notice recurring themes and patterns, whether in comments overheard at the grocery store, conversations with Shaumbra, or my own moments of clarity and confusion, and some of the stories find their way into these monthly articles. The typo-induced goofiness with Mora seemed especially pertinent, because the most common concern is simply “Why isn’t my reality more like I want it to be?” And what came through in our conversation is that beneath all the noise, reality IS responding to us – constantly and accurately. It’s just super easy to forget how things really work.

So, imagine if reality had a customer service center. Instead of fussing to Adamus, we’d just file our complaints with customer service at the Reality Response Department and they’d solve everything! Well, maybe…

When you reach out for customer support, say at Crimson Circle, you don’t need to know all the technical details of how the website works or what goes into the delivery of your order. You just want someone to fix the problem so you can get on with life. Ironically, the vast majority of these issues stem from user error – software needs to be updated, cache hasn’t been cleared for months, the system hasn’t been restarted in weeks, or the login just isn’t working. In fact, if you noticed this month’s CC Tips, the absolute most common problem is that an old password is still being used by your system, even though you’ve changed it multiple times.

Doesn’t that sound kind of familiar? How many ways does Adamus have to explain how it works before we figure out that some hidden unconscious part of ourselves is still running on the old default information? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ugh!

These hidden glitches can certainly be maddening, whether on a website or in your everyday existence. But the sooner you realize what the issue really is, the sooner you can start enjoying the reality you actually want – whether it’s access to your downloads or a whole new life. But who’s going to spell it out for us? Well, that’s what customer service is for! We want a place where all our questions, complaints, concerns, and manifestation requests are carefully received and processed. And if they can’t help us properly, we want to escalate it to a manager.

As my imagination wandered down this rabbit trail, I started thinking about how it would work, what they would say, and how much patience might be required. The automated response might look something like this:

Dear Human,

Thank you for contacting the Reality Response Department. Your inquiry is important to us and is currently being processed in the order it was vibrationally created.

Before proceeding, please review these frequently reported service issues:

  • “Enlightenment appears to be taking longer than expected. Plus, I wasn’t informed that it would be delivered in installments.”
  • “I specifically requested grace and ease but received emotional chaos.”
  • “Reality is not responding to my manifestation request.”
  • “My abundance package was marked delivered, but it appears to be disguised as personal responsibility.”
  • “My relationship still contains humans.”
  • “I requested New Energy and received three emotional breakthroughs and a flat tire. Can I get a refund?”
  • “I tried allowing. Nothing happened. Now what?”

I laughed when these started showing up. But the more I thought about them, the more real they began to feel. Because we’ve all had moments when reality doesn’t seem very cooperative and – if I’m honest – Adamus’ help desk doesn’t always feel exactly… helpful.

But reality isn’t ignoring us; it’s responding. Constantly. Which is both the magic AND the challenge. If we think it needs fixed, it responds by giving us lots of stuff to fix. But if we understand that everything (i.e. our energy) is always aligned perfectly, then even when things go awry, we can just take a breath and know that it’s still perfect.

I had a funny experience with this a couple of weeks ago. I was fresh back from a glorious 10-day vacation and plowing through about 800 emails, notifications, and meeting invites. One of them was about a cybersecurity meeting, so I accepted the invite, assuming our tech team had scheduled it while I was away. Wednesday morning came, with several meetings on the calendar and a snowstorm outside. (Yes, it literally dumped 10 inches here about 2 weeks ago!) And suddenly the internet quit working! I live in the mountains with zero cell service, so the internet is my lifeline, especially because 90% of my job is online!

I drove half a mile down the road where there’s usually one bar of service and sent a text to the staff that I would miss the cybersecurity training starting in 5 minutes and hoped to be back online in time for the staff meeting.

There were tasks I could do at least partially offline, so I puttered away enjoying the energetic peace and quiet. A couple of hours later, just before the big meeting, my internet was back up. Then came the curious messages… “What meeting are you talking about? We didn’t schedule anything about cybersecurity.” I looked more closely at the invite; it was from a completely unknown entity and was almost certainly a scam. I hadn’t noticed that in the post-vacation rush.

I took a deep breath and smiled – it was a delightful example of energy serving me in utter perfection! I had totally missed out on whatever headaches the scam meeting would have generated, enjoyed a couple hours of energy stillness, and all the important things were untouched. Amazing! And yes, I took a minute to appreciate myself for not reacting in a panic, which would have thrown the whole day off kilter.

Reality is always responding to the consciousness beneath our performance, even when it seems to include little hiccups along the way. It’s also true that we can get a pretty accurate picture of the consciousness we’re putting out by observing our flow of life.

I can declare abundance while radiating fear; claim grand self-worth while thinking about all the ways I feel like a failure; and talk about freedom while organizing life around my limitations. Reality doesn’t care about my words; it’s constantly fulfilling the orders I’m actually radiating.

The results may or may not match the desires because reality responds to the order beneath the order. Energy is completely honest. It’s not sitting in some celestial office deciding whether we’re clear enough. It doesn’t keep score, reward our good behavior or punish our bad thoughts. Reality processes every request with remarkable efficiency, whether it was submitted consciously or not.

Here’s something else I learned from my exploration into the Reality Response Department: Presence and clarity organize reality, but so do fear, doubt, and drama.

Reality is astonishingly responsive to every vibe we’re putting out. It doesn’t care whether the signal is enlightened or terrified, conscious or unconscious. It responds all the same.

So, when you just can’t figure out why your life is the way it is, imagine submitting a customer support ticket. It might look something like this:

INCOMING SUPPORT TICKET #847221

Subject: Wrong Item Delivered

Customer Message: I ordered abundance, freedom, grace and ease, radiant health, and effortless realization. Instead, I received excruciating self-awareness, several emotional breakdow… I mean breakthroughs, the collapse of my most cherished illusions, and a profound realization about my true nature (but I still have to figure out what’s for dinner every… single… day). Please advise.

Response: After careful review, we are pleased to inform you that your order was fulfilled correctly.

Please check the packaging materials carefully. Desired outcomes are frequently delivered inside expanded consciousness and may not resemble promotional materials.

  • Freedom is often packaged as uncertainty.
  • Grace and ease are frequently mistaken for loss of control.
  • Abundance often arrives disguised as self-worth.
  • Realization tends to arrive in highly inconvenient packaging.

For participants currently enrolled in embodiment, apparent disruptions, detours, emotional fluctuations, and reality rearrangements should be considered normal.

No further action is required. Your energy is already responding perfectly. Deep breathing may resume at your convenience.

Thank you for contacting the Reality Response Department.

Your presence has been successfully received.

All is well.

Perhaps that’s the real invitation constantly being offered to us. It’s not about finally getting the universe to cooperate but becoming present enough to stop fighting our own energy. To take a breath, drop the agenda and performance, and notice that reality has been listening all along. Instead of wondering why it isn’t responding, maybe the real question is: What am I really asking it for?

  1. You had me smiling with this one Jean, especially this statement: “…For participants currently enrolled in embodiment, apparent disruptions, detours, emotional fluctuations, and reality rearrangements should be considered normal…” Truer words could not be spoken. As always, thank you for your wisdom and insights, in other words, for being you. Much love…
