CC TIPS

Monthly suggestions and recommendations to help make your Crimson Circle experience smoother and easier!

Forgot Your Password?

A Friendly Guide

Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but don’t worry! Today we have a list of recommendations to help you regain access to your account. Follow these tips to get back on track smoothly.

1. Don’t create a new account!

First and foremost, don’t give in to the temptation of creating a new account. Creating a new account when you already have one is like buying a new car just because you lost your keys.

Stick with your existing account to keep everything in one place, thereby avoiding confusion and potential issues accessing your products and Cloud Classes.

If you don’t remember the email you used for your account or can’t access it to retrieve verification codes, please contact us at customerservice@crimsoncircle.com for assistance.

2. Double-Check Your Password

Make sure you are typing your password directly instead of relying on your browser’s autofill feature. Be sure the caps lock isn’t on, then type in your password very carefully to ensure there are no typos or mistakes.

3. Recover Your Password

If your password still doesn’t work, use the password recovery option by clicking “Forgot your password?” then follow the prompts to receive a code via email to reset your password.

4. Error Notification

If you get an error message when trying to enter your password (or the system repeatedly asks you to reset your password), close your browser and wait a few minutes before trying again.

We always suggest changing browsers (or clearing your cache) before accessing your CC store account again.

5. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Ensure you have set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code. If you’re not receiving emails with the MFA code, check out our troubleshooting instructions here.

Make sure your email settings allow messages from our customer service email account and check your spam or junk folder if you still don’t see them.

6. Clear Cookies and Cache

Clearing your browser’s cookies and cache can resolve many login issues. This helps to remove any corrupted data that might be causing problems.

Think of it as spring cleaning for your browser. Follow the easy instructions for clearing your cache here.

By following these steps, you should be able to regain access to your account without the need to create a new one. If you continue to experience issues, don’t hesitate to contact us at customerservice@crimsoncircle.com for further assistance.
