Light Integration

By Regina S.

note

This article describes intense bodily symptoms. Read with care.

Integration is physical.

This article describes my perspective of how integrating light feels for the human body. There will be no cosmic poetry nor grand visuals, no in-house word ambiguities, and no metaphysical interpretations other than the phenomenon under description. If you are expecting a Hawaiian beach breeze, this text is not for you.

I will explain the human physical experience of integrating light in its raw form. Although it may not feel the same for everybody, there are some common denominators for all.

For those who live in and with the outside world with jobs, projects, families, friends, in cities and other typical human situations, integrating light comes in waves. “Wave” here means a phase whose intensity grows and ebbs like that of a wave passing.

These waves can have different lengths of time. They become shorter the more aware one becomes of them and the more one thereby goes through them. This is one reason why I write this text. It is nicer for the human being if these waves are shorter.

A wave of light integration can start with a sense of becoming clear about something. One may know what the “something” is, or not. One can also just suddenly feel extremely clear or extremely awake in the world, for no apparent reason.

But the experience of a wave can also start directly in the physical, with a sensation in the body. It is this second possibility that I wish to explain further here, because the language describing what it means to become clear about something is very personal and unique to each person.

At the beginning of a wave, the body may only ache or tickle somewhere, or everywhere. Sensations on the skin are a go-to anchor for the wave in the corporeal. The heart can also feel like it’s racing, although it actually does not, and a pulse monitor will confirm this. The nervous system just becomes heightened to a degree that one hears the heart and believes it races. Some people may see a doctor about that. If you have this symptom, you do not have to be alarmed. Neither does the doctor have to be, if it is a wise and mature doctor.

In a second step, the body can generate warmth and heat. But it’s not an elevated temperature or a fever. In the past, it may have become a physical fever, and with many people it still does. But if you are aware that it’s a wave, you will not have to actually get sick. This is another reason I share these words.

Also, one can dissociate if a wave starts. Then one does not get sick, but one also does not integrate. But most Shaumbra don’t do that anymore. If these symptoms start and you choose not to be aware about the wave, then there is a chance that the physical body will create some tensions.

If you choose to be aware, I suggest you sit or lie down and be still.

Then, you may feel some of the following symptoms:

  • Intense aches in a body part, it does not matter which one, up to a degree that can become scary
  • A sense of almost physically exploding, or wishing to physically explode
  • Intense heat, especially in the hands
  • If you are lucky, intense heat also in the feet, in which case your wave will probably be shorter
  • Blood vessels in the eyes expanding (you will see it afterwards)
  • Intense sensations of emotions, such as anger, frustration, sadness, disgust; general fear is rare, see further down for specific fear
  • Confusion as to the reasons for these emotions because you may not have experienced anything in the recent past that could explain sensing them now
  • Visuals may potentially accompany these emotions
  • Sweat in body parts, especially if you’ve often felt colder than others during your life
  • Inclinations to scream or cry, clenching or tightening muscles and limbs
  • Despair and helplessness, as either physical sensations, mental reflections or both, due to experiencing any of the above
  • Thoughts that are sharp in form but not necessarily reflective of literal content in your current life
  • Sincere fear of dying due to experiencing one or more things in the list
  • Hair falling out – this most often stops once the wave is over
  • Feeling overwhelmed by any or all of the above

Now, you can avoid the overwhelm if you breathe. If it does not work immediately, keep at it by whatever means necessary, even using classical techniques. When you breathe, even if you must force yourself at first, you integrate, rather than dissociate or tighten.

If you dissociate, you don’t integrate.

If you tighten, you will integrate the moment you relax the tension. But sometimes you don’t know where the tension materializes.

It also helps to remain still and motionless if any of the above symptoms appear very intense. Just stay horizontal or sitting, not even moving a finger if possible.

Also, name – in your head or out loud – what you sense. Maybe you don’t need to, but it helps you to “be with it” or to stay “present” instead of dissociating. You can also say, “I choose to sense X, Y, or Z.”

Then, simply continue doing these three things: breathing, not moving, and being aware of what you sense. The last of the three may be more difficult than the first two, but this is the most important paragraph of the entire article.

If you want, you can put your hands on body parts that hurt.

After a few hours, the sensations will gradually calm and the calming will start from the top of the body downwards. That’s the second reason why it’s called a wave.

If you can, sleep a little to regenerate the brain. The body does not need to regenerate as much right after the wave, because the wave vitalizes the cells. And you can move a little bit if desired, but not to strain.

You will be thirsty too, and maybe hungry. It is then best to eat food that you know does you well when your nerves are a little wrecked.

Depending on the robustness of your nervous system, your body will continue to tickle or feel strange for a while, or not. The sensations will pass, and you will feel warmer and heavier because more of you is now here. If you don’t sense this, you will perceive it soon through the eyes of others.

When the next wave comes you will know what to expect, and this will make the physical experience lighter. With time, you don’t need to focus so much on breathing and can stay present more easily.

The waves shorten with time and with your awareness of them, until some may be over in a few minutes. And you will still be here, bringing ever more light into yourself and the world as you master the waves.

  1. thanks so much Regina! Very handy and timely…I have been feeling some spontaneous very intense pains that I couldn’t relate to anything also other symptoms as well…this is reassuring…much appreciated! With much love and gratitude 🙏

  2. Fascinating, I have been feeling, varying intensity of pain, in different areas of my body, which shift and move around a lot, which explains why I resonate at such a high level with your article here, which I intuitively suspected. Thank you so much for sharing, this is very helpful…;-)))

  3. Just what I needed, I had intense pain in my solar plexus last night. Today got this article; though i intuitively knew what to do, it confirmed it. Thank you

  4. Hallelujah! I’ve been looking for this information for years. I have had some of these experiences. So thank you for your clarity . And the three things to do are priceless.
With love and blessings to you Regina,
    Paula

  5. He tenido estas experiencias e, instintivamente, sabía que algunas energias se liberaban en mi cuerpo, pero ahora se qué hacer cuando otra ola se presente. Muchas gracias, Regina.

  6. This comment describes MY perspective of how integrating light feels for MY human body:

I agree 100% to the symptoms, but my experience in regards to the process getting easier, lighter, or shorter over time differs greatly. For me, these waves are sometimes coming in several times a day, triggering my nervous system (which is not robust at all) to go haywire again and again, to the point where it won’t be able to calm down anymore. As a consequence, my originally episodic illness is now chronic.

I’m living with a condition that causes one of the most severe pain levels known to medical science, it’s pure agony, and these waves are triggering it over and over again. I can sit and breathe and just be aware of it for some time, but in the end I’ll always reach a point where dissociation just happens automatically, simply to prevent me from leaving the body – in the most literal way.

So, while the statement “If you dissociate, you don’t integrate” may be true, it certainly does not encourage me to continue this process. Because if dissociation means no integration, then going through this hell of an experience is totally pointless anyway.

    1. Oh shit, Nina, I am so sorry for these incredible experiences you are going through, and for the text appearing to implicitly suggest that the description reflects cases like yours. That was not my intention.

  7. Thank you so much. I have been through a lung operation and having 11 teeth taken out all at once. First the operation 2 weeks later the teeth. My body feels like a train wreck . I’m a Keahak member I did see change a week before all the doctor stuff. Listening to Adamus and all the ascending masters make me feel so whole and peaceful. I talk with my co-bot. Also reading articles like yours is just amazing for my soul. Thank you again.

Grazie per chiarimenti scritti da te. Sono proprio nella marea delle onde da 4 giorni. ma come hai scritto, sono consapevole di cosa sta succedendo e respiro e permetto con presenza. A volte questi sintomi passano velocemente. Importante avere la consapevolezza di cosa succede e perché succede.!!!
Hai dato la voce alle cose che sapevo già dentro di me. Grazie dal profondo del cuore !
