   As Adamus said in Shoud February, many shaumbra are exhausted and having a sort of nervous breakdown. I wonder how it came this far you know. I think we always have had this burn out as a Jesus on the Cross or when you exhaust the flame, the Buddha gets born belief systems come to pass. It is a bit of a pity that now that America needs Light and so do our lives that we lay in bed instead of being present through rest, play, lightness and yes even sobbing when needed. When it really comes to it, most of us are flat out. And I do not find that wise, nor in guidance nor in personal ways.
   The do’s and don’ts have taken away our own discernment and our intuition or soul/wisdom in action or rest could not reach us very much.
   I am done actually with being a Light Worker, for with all this unnecessary shite it is like being a brown worker.

   I love the presence of Kuthumi and Mother Mary who are so about bear with me, like the Pause, the ursa major the mother bear holding in her pause/paws the child that plays and rest in her presence and protection. I am done with teachings on itself and especially with performing what is being said. Many of us have worked with photography or through apps/Personal Computer created awesome content. This respect of wanting to share and give to the world has already been taken in by AI. When most of us were actually really tired of words/teachings/images/pictures, we were both in the unwise and wise construction of AI. It should be a hobby and not an order to work with it. For love and intent have been done already by so many of us. And now that AI makes it easier, well that may be a ‘result’ of many of us loving what we did while creating and playing with it when it was not yet called AI. So let go of going into chatgpt and pouring out your heart while seeing this as an order or ‘work’.

   There is an AVATAR on the other side of the Milky Way (ursa minor, ursa major) and Northern Star Polaris who have this ‘technology’ within them for you made with/for and by you for YOURSELF. It is not even needed to do this through a PC. It is done for most. Return to your heart, your love and know: the all is well… the well is merely a doorway but not Source. So the room with golden Light (benching series) to step into the golden room is stepping not only in your Solar El or Soul Light, but in photonic Light that then, through your heart and thymus nourish your cells/embodiments instead of causing stress with solar flares. Adamus said in benching series: You see a room filled with golden light and you may step into it or not. Maybe it would have been wise to let us step into it, for then we would not have stayed on the treshold of all is well in make believe of our situation but having been nourished by this Light, the photonic Light that is also connected with Little Bear and Big Bear, ursa minor and ursa major. The big dipper is where we are in right now, exhausted and it is quite unnecessary ESPECIALLY at these times!

   Let’s not follow the pc stream and voltage for too long anymore for it f,,,,cks up our real kundalini flow.
