My Journey into Conscious Creation

As a child, I felt the reality I lived wasn’t why I came here. I came for magic, dreams coming true, joy – and for love. Not the movie version, but conscious love of two sovereign beings.
On October 1, 2017, after years of searching through esoteric and New Age communities and 5 years with Crimson Circle, I lay in a hotel room near Schiphol Airport. I had a good life – a job I liked, lots of traveling, hobbies, friends, freedom to do what I wanted – but I couldn’t go on. The very purpose I was born for wasn’t unfolding, so I surrendered completely, accepting it all and letting go.
That was my first experience of full Presence. I immediately got up – everything inside had changed. For weeks I experienced life as never before – energy served me fully, all my wishes manifested in the best unpredictable ways, emotions didn’t stick. And then, as effortlessly as it had arrived, it slipped away. My brain, nervous system, and body couldn’t contain the shift. Everything collapsed into chaos.
Nine years have passed. The Sexual Energies School (SES), Aspectology, Threshold, and Heaven’s Cross are now in my rearview mirror. In February 2026, I came across Geoffrey’s article in the New Sentience magazine. Reading it, the puzzle of life alchemy after Heaven’s Cross finally became whole.
Dream
It all begins with a dream. A dream exists in other realms; imagination and fantasy help us reach it. Limited by karma, mass consciousness, and beliefs held in place by gravity before Heaven’s Cross, we were able to live within probabilities only. Life was linear and predictable. After Heaven’s Cross, all possibilities became available to be experienced in the Earth realm. After realization, each of us stayed to experience something differently. Through a dream, the soul broadcasts a reference point – something we want to experience. It comes as a very beautiful feeling – you tune in and it lingers until you allow yourself to live that dream in 3D reality.
This is the first choice of a human – to allow the dream to manifest. And there is always a trick. The moment you make that choice, the beautiful feelings vanish and you find yourself in the middle of your earthly life. This isn’t failure; it’s the beginning. That’s where conscious creation starts.
Choice
For a long time, Adamus told us, “Simply allow and everything will come.” This constantly threw me off track (or rather, I threw myself off because my experience didn’t prove the story), until I realized that only my experience matters, and choice is critical when it comes to the conscious creation of my reality.
Choice is the embodiment of the dream – the experience you want and the feelings you’ll have when it happens. When you choose to manifest the dream, conscious creation begins. Every choice must be embodied. What does it mean practically? You start living as if your dream has already come true.
If you dream of meaningful work, decide the old chapter is over. Move forward without “ifs” or “buts.” Ground your choice, do what first comes to mind. Send resumes, talk to friends, write ideas, holding no expectation that these specific actions will lead anywhere. As Adamus says, it gets energy moving. Then live your life and watch how your choice manifests. It can manifest, and usually will, in a form you could never expect. Some possibilities will shine brighter than others – choose to experience them. Some steps lead nowhere; they serve another purpose. Energy reorganizes reality around your choice.
Choice isn’t made once; you are choosing constantly. In every situation, you’re choosing how to experience it.
Challenges and Resonance
My first experiences of conscious creation led me into a bunch of problems. “Adamus says instant manifestation is possible,” I fumed. “Why am I having challenges again?” I have always dreamed of having relationships based on true love, not drama, but found myself in the most dreadful experience I have ever had in my life. This relationship surfaced all the traumas, lack of self-love, and lack of coherence from all my past and current lives. And that was my own creation.
At the same time, I gave myself a chance to choose differently each time. To cultivate self-love despite my partner’s behavior, to love unconditionally despite betrayal, to release judgment and remain in gratitude, to let the story go and open up for something new. As a result, I developed a new resonance with my dream of True Love. And that’s how it works: your energy serves the resonance you broadcast, attracting situations and people to help you resolve and release, through your choice, what is no longer in service.
Through wisdom, I understood that this experience was essential for me to develop resonance with my dream. When you choose the dream, sometimes at first you create situations that expose your internal limitations until your resonance matches your highest potential.
What to do when faced with challenges on your path of conscious creation? Experience everything. Don’t avoid challenges. Don’t escape into other realms, don’t hide, don’t sugarcoat pain – live your truth. Stay in your Presence – only in Presence does energy work for you.
Tools of Calibrating the Choice:
Wisdom and Discernment
On the path of manifesting your dream into reality, countless possibilities will appear – stories, situations, meetings – all created by you with one purpose: to find resonance with your dream and embody it.
The Master’s Presence allows you to instantly extract wisdom from everything that’s happening. In the beginning, you have to try every option that comes, experience every situation that unfolds, because calibration is part of manifesting the dream. Finally, after living through enough experience, wisdom accumulates and discernment unfolds more fully. You begin understanding which situations lead you directly into resonance with your choice, and which make you walk in circles. Though sometimes, walking in circles is exactly your right path, and you will know that too.
One day you’ll understand: there’s nowhere left to go, nothing left to search for. What you dreamed of is already here. Whether you sought creative work, resolution to a health issue, or joy in a relationship – you suddenly realize it’s already present. Even if 3D hasn’t caught up yet. When your inner knowing is so strong that nothing can shake it, you’ve entered resonance with your dream. The moment you feel this, time is transcended and everything manifests in the Earth realm.
Trust
As a Human-Master living on Earth, I constantly fall into doubts. On my path, I discovered that manifestation flows effortlessly in the areas where you already have experience – from this life or the past. Where experience is lacking or aspects are dense, challenges arise more often. For me, finding joyful, well-paid work has always been effortless. But relationships… I had to move mountains. And yes, challenges can become so overwhelming that abandoning the path feels easier than facing what comes. That’s also your choice. You can always stop creating this experience.
One day you may decide the old story has served its purpose, your resonance has shifted, and you release it. Reality will follow. Perhaps you’ll notice qualities in your partner you never saw before, qualities not matching your inner truth. Perhaps the project no longer brings joy. That’s how you know you’ve made another choice. This is how inner trust in your own creation grows. The more trust you have in your creation, the faster energies can reorganize matter to serve your resonance.
Through practicing conscious creation, you find yourself trusting yourself more and more. You no longer stop at every challenge, stumble over it, lose faith, or fall into doubt. And as your trust grows, challenges diminish, reality becomes more responsive, and miracles multiply. Yet when they come, you observe them from a place of deep resonance, of knowing “Yes, this is exactly how it should be.” The moment you start living the dream from within, even before it manifests in your reality, miracles are no longer extraordinary (that is a great pity for a human, but true), they are just normal. Then 3D is just… following the field.
Creation Without Agenda
Adamus’ frequent reminders to have “no agenda” always confused me. I truly know choice is important, but what is agenda then? Through practice I learned to discern between the two: the dream comes to me in the form of feeling, the choice in the form of confidence, “no agenda” in the form of trusting my own creation. Energy can serve you in ways your human mind will never imagine, and that is the time to allow the unexpected, because this is the way your energy manifests your dream into reality.
For example, the time came when I felt that there wasn’t enough freedom in the way I was living. So, I made a choice for freedom to be realized in my reality. My brain came up with the idea to leave my office job and start working on my own projects. To get the energy moving, I called a friend, and we started building a product that we could offer to banks and companies together. At the same time, I had an inspiration to gather all the sketches I’d drawn during my trips to Korea and publish them as a travel guide.
The more both ideas developed, the less I liked the project with my friend — and the more the book excited me. At some point, I realized I could no longer put energy into a project that didn’t feel right, so I let it go and focused on the book. Now I have several books that are sold in stores, and I am currently writing and painting a new one, which brings me a lot of joy.
Yet, even in all this, I didn’t quit my office job, instead realizing I needed to switch to a different one. And here again, I chose to trust myself and follow this path, however strange it seemed. I sent out a few resumes, no one replied. In the meantime, a former colleague asked me to share my experience on a project during a call with his boss. Two months later, they offered me a job.
With growing discernment and self-trust, I begin to understand something important: the most obvious or logical ideas don’t always lead where you need to go. And the ones you could never have imagined might just lead you to your dream. You simply practice the “no agenda” mode, as Adamus suggests.
Presence and Coherence
In 2017, I thought Presence lacked real deep feelings, because the calmness and grace I felt within were unlike anything I’d felt before. Experiencing it in 2026, now I understand, for the feelings have become completely different.
I no longer fight myself. I don’t integrate aspects, manage emotions, or deny them – yet I’m not captured by them. They simply are. When emotions rooted in trauma appear, I don’t name them, don’t label them “negative,” don’t accept them or welcome them. I simply experience them. Perhaps it is the New Sentience unfolding within. Everything that happens internally or externally becomes part of me. I have stopped dividing myself. Beyond internal struggle appears the one who I truly am – not just human, not only Master, but all that I am together. And that is my coherence in practice. It allows you to know what will happen before it occurs, feel when people think of you, see highest potentials, have complete wisdom as situations happen.
We’ve had such experiences before, coming as flashes or beams of light. Now, with New Sentience, you dwell in an ocean of light. Everything becomes transparent yet doesn’t consume you. You feel the world as a part of your being without being overwhelmed by it.
This births new joy from within, unfolding without external trigger; new love, free and compassionate because it doesn’t depend on another’s behavior or reaction; new emotions which cannot be named yet as there are no words to describe them, although close to warmth, depth, sincerity, and life.
True Love
After reading Geoffrey’s article, I felt ready to write a new book. Not another love story. Not another tragedy. I’ve finally reached a place where I can simply radiate, sharing what I feel without needing anything back. Amplifying, not completing, another person. Walking my path, trusting what I create. And what’s still ahead? True love, not another story. The moment I chose to experience true love; I got an idea to write this article. As strange as it seems, I am following my inner compass.
Drawing the Path
I have always dreamt of living the life of a Master – consciously creating my reality, not in an ashram or behind closed doors, but in the heart of one of the biggest cities in the world, feeling the energies serve me exactly where I am, without escaping the world. What I’ve shared here is our joint creation – captured in words, but alive in the moment. Each morning brings a new reality, shaped by our choices. The Master’s path after realization has no map. We’re drawing it with every choice, every breath, every conscious step.
This article was written with gratitude for the close path, experience, resilience, and dreams of three magical Masters – Lena, Nastya, and myself – who manifested their Atlantean and now Master’s dreams proving everything is possible and continue consciously creating their reality.
Yes, Olesya, I totally feel that too, and it’s so nice to hear you do as well. I choose and allow something, feel it coming my way, and get all excited… and then — ugh — something awful shows up instead. I think, “Oh no, what just happened?!” At first, I struggle a bit, but then I realize: it’s just stuff on my path, stuff I unconsciously created that needs to be released before the real thing can arrive. What always saves me is trust. Trust that nothing went wrong, everything’s unfolding perfectly. Then I can stop freaking out and just dive right into the messy stuff — the fastest way through to the other side.

Olesya, you have expressed this so beautifully. After reading your article I was inspired to ask myself, “What is my Dream? Since this is my last lifetime, what do I still choose to accomplish or experience?” As I review my life of 75 years, it has become clear that my deepest desire has never been about achieving something in the outer world. The human has been accustomed to needing goals with agendas, and accolades. Through the years, my goals have been as a healer, teacher, musician, and poet. Although successful and enjoyed in the moment, none of them ever actualized as a notable achievement. Most of these experiences served me well to release anything that was not in coherence with my deep desire to fully embody my true Presence, even though it may not have felt that way at the time.
For many years, my dream was Enlightenment/Realization. I now realize my true desire has always been to live as a field of Presence that invites others to remember their true selves. Not by trying to fix or save others. But by simply radiating my authentic Self in whatever way I am expressing in the moment whether that be by writing a poem or a simple walk through the forest.
Nothing I am doing now has an agenda or needs validation. Everything I choose to experience is for my enjoyment, which is something we’ve never done on this planet before. WE are here to enjoy life in full Presence. THAT has always been my Dream. And I am living it beautifully.

Hi Jordan, I do not use any external tools. Because once taken from me and I can not walk any longer. So my tools only experience and trust to my Devine self. Instantly, when I am trusting myself fully as a sovereign creator. So can not help with anything external. I do not have such experience.
