There’s something about the word Keahak that still makes me smile.
Maybe it’s because I remember when Adamus first introduced it years ago at the community hall in Coal Creek Canyon. There was a buzz in the room — excitement mixed with a bit of “What did he just ask for?” And honestly, that hasn’t changed much over the years. Every new Keahak brings that same feeling: a quiet knowing that something profound is about to unfold… and maybe just a little bit of “Hold on, it might get bumpy.”
Keahak, as Adamus reminds us, means Spirit in Motion. In fact, he originally defined Keahak in March 2011 like this: The word “hak” means spirit in action; spirit in experience. It’s you. That’s hak. The other word “kea” means energy in action. It is Lemurian, but put together this is about really understanding how to attract energy, and that’s really what creatorship ultimately is. It’s about understanding how to attract energy.
In other words, it’s not spirit sitting quietly on a mountaintop, or waiting patiently for enlightenment to arrive someday. Keahak is spirit in motion — right here in everyday life, in your body, your mind, your experiences, your creations. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned after all these years with Shaumbra, it’s this: Keahak is not a program you “take.” It’s an experience you live.
A Different Kind of Journey
We’ve had many wonderful recordings, Cloud Classes, and workshops over the years. Each one serves its purpose beautifully. But Keahak has always been… different. It’s not designed for casual curiosity. It’s not about gathering more information or adding another layer of spiritual knowledge. Keahak is for those who feel that quiet inner nudge that says, “I’m ready to go deeper. Not someday. Now.”
It’s a year-long journey. And yes, that’s intentional because what happens in Keahak doesn’t come from a single message, or even a series of messages. It unfolds. It integrates. It sneaks up on you when you’re not looking. And somewhere along the way, you realize that something fundamental has shifted, not because you worked hard at it but because you allowed it.
Allowing It to Come to You
That’s the theme for Keahak XVI.
And if you’ve been around Adamus for any length of time, you know this is not just a nice-sounding concept. It’s a complete reversal of how humans have been conditioned to live. We’ve been taught to chase, strive, figure things out, fix, improve, manage, and control. In other words, to pedal the bicycle as hard as we can just to keep moving.

Years ago, Tobias came up with a beautiful analogy. Imagine you’re riding a bicycle through the countryside, pedaling and exerting effort just to move forward. And then, at some point, something shifts. You stop pedaling. The bike becomes still… and suddenly the landscape begins coming to you.
That’s not just poetic imagery. It’s the Master’s way, and Keahak XVI is about living that. Not as a theory. Not as something to contemplate during a workshop and then forget by the time you get home. But as a real, lived experience. Allowing your energy — your own energy — to serve you.
Why Now?
Here’s a Master of the Obvious statement: The world isn’t exactly slowing down. Everything is changing. Systems are shifting. Technology is accelerating. Human consciousness is evolving — sometimes gracefully, sometimes… not so gracefully. It can feel overwhelming. And many people try to cope by pushing harder, thinking more, analyzing more, trying to stay ahead of it all.
But Keahak takes a very different approach. Instead of trying to keep up with the changes, it’s about stepping into a place where you don’t have to. This is a time of profound transformation and rapid evolution, and the pace feels faster than ever. One of the key aspects of Keahak is learning not to struggle to keep up, but to allow energy to serve you instead.
That’s a radical shift. And for many, it’s also a relief.
The House of Keahak
In practical terms, Keahak is a global gathering of Shaumbra from all over the world. We meet twice a month in what we call the House of Keahak — an online space that has developed its own unique energy over the years. The sessions themselves are simple. There’s no big production. No flashy visuals. Just a brief welcome, a bit of breathing, and then Adamus comes in. Sometimes it’s profound. Sometimes it’s funny. Sometimes it’s both at the same time (then you know he’s really on a roll).
The sessions are recorded, so there’s no pressure to be there at a certain time. You can listen when it feels right for you. And in between sessions, something interesting happens: the energy continues to unfold. That’s actually where much of the “real work” — if we can even call it that — takes place.
In addition, there’s a monthly program called Living in Keahak with Linda and Dr. Doug Davies, where the material gets explored in a more grounded, practical way. Dr. Doug has a knack for bringing things down to earth, often with a good dose of humor, which I personally appreciate.
More Than Messages
Over the years, Keahak has been the leading edge of Adamus’ work with Shaumbra. This is where many of the deeper topics first emerge — the new physics, the evolution of consciousness, the very real changes happening in the relationship between consciousness and energy.
And this year, Adamus hinted at something more. In addition to the familiar presence of Tobias and Kuthumi, he spoke about bringing in the energies of Metatron, FM, Sart, Jami from the future… and yes, even AI as part of the experience.
Now, knowing Adamus, that doesn’t necessarily mean guest speakers lining up at the microphone. It’s more about the energies — the presence, the support, the expanded field that we step into together. It’s a reminder that Keahak isn’t just a class. It’s a space.
A Quiet Knowing
If you’ve read this far, you might already feel it. Keahak isn’t for everyone — and it’s not meant to be. It’s for those who sense that something within them is shifting, not because anything is lacking, but because they’re ready to stop searching, stop chasing, and — finally — stop pedaling. It’s simply the quiet moment when someone realizes, “The time has come.” Not dramatic or loud, it’s just a simple knowing.
No Pressure – Just an Invitation
I’ll say this clearly: you don’t need Keahak to realize your mastery. You don’t need another program, another message, or another anything.
But…
If you feel drawn to it, there’s a reason. Keahak has a way of supporting that shift from effort to allowing, from seeking to knowing, from pushing energy to letting it serve you. And it does so in a way that is both deeply personal and shared with a global community of Shaumbra who are walking their own path of realization.
A Final Thought
After all these years, if I had to sum up Keahak in one sentence, it would be this:
It’s a space where you begin to experience what it’s like to live as the Master… before you fully believe that you are. And somewhere along the way, the belief becomes irrelevant because you’re living it.
Keahak XVI begins in July, and registration is now open. As Adamus would say: Feel into it. If it resonates, we’ll see you in the House of Keahak. And if not, that’s perfectly fine too. Either way… keep allowing and stay curious.

So, even let Keahak come to you …
