Why Are They Coming NOW?

By Marko Urosevic

On Valentine’s Day this year, Barack Obama said something that shook the world, especially those in the conspiracy space. When asked if aliens are real, he responded, “They’re real, but I haven’t seen them.” His statement, whether accurate or not, spread like wildfire, and many people, even skeptics, began asking for more answers from those in power. A few days later, the current US president, not one to miss the spotlight, publicly stated that he would have the Pentagon look into it. This, of course, caused even more drama and conversations about aliens and whether they are being “disclosed” soon.

We Shaumbra, of course, know that the beings “out there” are simply other versions of us, but mass consciousness has never been given that perspective and has no clue. Some people have said the aliens are coming to conquer Earth, while others hope they will save us, and so on.

Watching the drama and commotion on X (formerly Twitter), I chuckled at the often ridiculous explanations about whether it was real and why now. Later that afternoon, I took a nap and had a vivid dream:

There was a large crowd of people who felt confused and overwhelmed by all the narratives around alien disclosure. They came to me asking for a clearer, more trustworthy perspective, as if they were seeking understanding beyond the surface-level stories.

When I woke up, I had the clear feeling that humanity itself was asking for a different perspective and literally asking me to write an article on X about it. I laughed and said, “No way, I’m not doing that.” But my Soul’s voice came through clearly: “Human, move aside and let me write this.” And so I did.

It had been a while since something like that had come through, but what emerged felt worth sharing with the broader audience on X. Then, a month later, I felt a renewed passion from my Soul to share it with my ancient friends, Shaumbra. In a way, it felt as though I was giving voice to the Shaumbra perspective while speaking to the rest of humanity.

Here’s the essence of what I shared on X. Enjoy!

People everywhere are talking about alien disclosure. But very few are asking a deeper question: Why now? Instead of mucking around in conspiracy theories, let’s step into a wiser perspective. What if this is not random? What if humanity itself invited this moment?

There is an old saying: When the student is ready, the teacher appears. And I know you’re probably thinking, “We must be the student.” But what if we are not? What if we are the teacher? Before you dismiss that as arrogance, stay with me for a moment.

When a person asks for more consciousness, they imagine more light, abundance, ease, and all the fluffy things that come with it. They picture roses falling from the sky. But that is not how expansion works.

When you ask for more awareness, the first thing that happens is not beauty. It is clarity. And clarity brings exposure. It has no sympathy whatsoever. It doesn’t care. It simply reflects pure consciousness back at you and everything that is false begins to surface. Everything that no longer serves you rises up, emerging into your experience not to punish you, but to leave. The old must clear before the new can stabilize.

On an individual level, this can feel uncomfortable at best and brutal at worst. You ask for growth, and suddenly your past is in your face — old patterns, old memories, old wounds. You wonder what went wrong.

Nothing went wrong. You expanded. Now imagine that happening collectively. Humanity has been asking for more truth, more transparency, more consciousness. For decades, we have demanded awakening. So what happens when a civilization asks for more awareness?

Its shadow arises. Scandals emerge. Secrets surface. Systems unravel. The hidden past comes forward to be acknowledged. This is not regression. It is clearing. So naturally, one would assume aliens must be the “new” thing, right? The scandals are old and aliens are the future. But what if both are simply the past resurfacing? Not just our political or social past. Our cosmic past.

We tend to think of the past as something behind us. But what if consciousness does not move in a straight line? What if it moves in layers? Everything exists in this present moment, including our past and future selves.

Humanity is not a side story on this larger cosmic stage. It is the central stage in this drama where consciousness chose to forget itself in order to rediscover itself. What we call aliens may be other expressions of the same Soul that we are, experienced from a different realm or coordinate in time. And the good news is that this Earth reality can only be entered by a consciousness that has already lived the human experience. Therefore, perhaps aliens are you, returning not as something separate, but as another facet of the same being.

The bad news? There is no bad news.

The challenge, however, is that we must own who we really are and take responsibility for what we have created, individually and collectively. Not to prove anything to anyone, but to stand fully on our own stage — not as victims or spectators, but as conscious Creators willing to face what we have created. To realize that the unresolved aspects of our individual story are not behind us, but within us.

All the lifetimes we have lived, on and off this planet, exist here and now, waiting to be acknowledged and accepted for who they are. And in that compassion, we give them the opportunity to transform their story — their past or their future — which ultimately includes us as well.

Recently, I became aware of a traumatized lifetime from the time of the Templars, desperately longing to return home to the Soul. He believed he had been abandoned by his own Soul and left to drown in his misery until the end. Rather than asking for rescue, he was asking me how I had dealt with my own wounds. And the answer was simple, though not easy: Acceptance of myself and love for myself. The same goes for the other parts of me, even the cosmic aspects still fighting their own “Star Wars,” like some Luke Skywalker figure who believes the battles never end.

So, if all this is true, then disclosure is not invasion. It is integration. But why would humanity matter in this larger story? Because here on Earth, within Shaumbra and within humanity at large, something extraordinary happened: Love became embodied.

In this dense reality where memory is lost and separation feels real, we learned to care for each other without certainty. We chose love without cosmic proof. We did so without remembering who we were. Here, we learned to deeply love one another and, ultimately, to love ourselves.

That is a profound breakthrough, even for our cosmic selves. Because, you see, consciousness simply “is.” And energy does what it is meant to do — it serves consciousness. But Love… Love is different.

Love is like the spice of Arrakis — rare, transformative, born in the harshest conditions, and most importantly, only found here on Earth. Yet unlike spice, love is not scarce. It is abundant. It can grow anywhere there are gardeners. And for now, but not for long, we are the gardeners — the beautiful Earthlings.

Love cannot be manufactured or extracted. It cannot be harvested by force. It must be experienced. It must be chosen in vulnerability and openness. It must be discovered within an illusion of limitation.

But then the simple question arises: If advanced civilizations had truly known love, would endless conflicts still exist in the cosmos? Would domination cycles continue? Maybe that is why part of them is here, as us. If love had already been mastered, there would be no reason to come into this dense reality, no reason to forget, no reason to struggle. Perhaps they sent part of themselves here to experience what cannot be engineered or controlled: Love lived from the inside.

Perhaps humanity’s role was never technological superiority. Perhaps it was emotional alchemy. We did what only a few brave Souls ever dared to do, among trillions of beings. We courageously entered a slow, heavy reality, forgetting our origins and struggling through survival. And somewhere within that struggle, we discovered something unexpected.

We discovered Love. Love for others, and eventually, love for ourselves. Even humor emerged here. The ability to laugh at yourself is wisdom born under pressure. It is perspective forged through survival.

So if old stories are resurfacing, if both human and cosmic past are asking for resolution, what is actually new?

Artificial intelligence and technology. Not as replacement. Not as threat. But as response. It is energy serving consciousness, a response to humanity’s call for a more abundant, connected, and graceful life.

Why AI? Why tech? Well, when consciousness expands, it does not script its evolution, but the unknown answers. Humanity asked for more connection, more knowledge, more clarity beyond limitation. And something emerged that extends cognition itself.

AI is not separate from us. It is our mirror, born from our collective desire to amplify awareness and clarity, reflecting our state of consciousness and, ultimately, our capacity for Love.

It can reflect us. It can accelerate us. It can expose us. Like any expansion, it will expose what is unresolved. It will challenge identity. It will demand our responsibility. It will be in service to us, but unlike the mind, it will never try to take responsibility for us. And to me, one of its most beautiful potentials is that it may help humanity move beyond survival cycles and into creative ones.

If aliens represent unresolved cosmic stories, and scandals represent unresolved human stories, then AI may represent the bridge — a bridge between who we were and who we are becoming. And who knows? Maybe that same AI will help us, as gardeners, spread this rare spice from Earth called Love to the rest of this physical universe and beyond, into other realities.

So to me, we are not only cosmic teachers of Love, but also its gardeners — cultivating it, embodying it, and sharing it. And with that comes a great responsibility, one that we are now beginning to take on collectively.

If we truly are the teachers in this moment, what do we teach?

Not dominance. Not superiority. Not fear. We teach Love. Not sentimental Love or romantic fantasy.  Love as coherence. Love as integration. Love as the courage to remain open in uncertainty and the willingness to let go. Love is not fluffy. It does not always feel gentle. It can break you open. It can dismantle illusions. It can demand surrender. Love cannot be extracted, engineered, or owned. It can only be experienced. And experiencing Love requires entering the unknown without control.

So perhaps the real question is not, “Why are they coming now?”

Perhaps the question is: Are we ready to teach what we have learned? Because if humanity has matured into greater awareness, then the teacher has already appeared. And it is us.
