Terri Cygan, a Shaumbra from the US living in the New York City metro area, is a SAFe Certified Product Owner and Product Manager who has spent many years writing Agile Stories for IT Systems. This story is the start of a different kind of writing. She found Crimson Circle in 2000 when living in Colorado.
