It was like I had been stumbling around in the dark and someone suddenly turned the light on. So many things made sense, things I struggled with and wondering about all of my life. My perspective on who I was and what I had been doing all of my life changed completely in that moment.

The set design and dress rehearsal for the big event was complete and the grandest of all one-act plays was ready to begin. The vast audience were finding their seats in this magnificent, palatial theater. I found my place in that vast and glorious gallery, and the house lights began to dim.
